Anne Dowling started her career as a sales representative for a leading pharmaceutical company in the UK, followed by a role in Marketing for a biosensor company - MediSense. After moving to Australia she worked for IMS, a top market research company in marketing and product development, followed by a consultancy role. In the early 90’s Anne joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Manager, and was promoted after 18 months to Sales Director with responsibility for over 80 sales people. Industry groups also heard Anne present on a wide range of business development issues.
After returning to the UK in 2001 Anne joined an international Biotech company as the Vice President for Europe.
As a Director for of Fairstar Corporation Anne now runs a dynamic, highly interactive one-day course for people looking to move forward in their careers. She has extensive knowledge of every facet of the recruitment business, and it is this experience that is passed on to help professionals shorten the process of job hunting. Anne is also the European Director of Hardel Consulting – a European management consultancy working with clients to build long-term sustainable profit through the improvement in business processes. Anne is also involved with two business start-ups as a mentor and business development advisor. Any spare time is taken up in travelling and improving her (novice) golf handicap. |
